About the Direct Democracy Factory
Think of the Direct Democracy Factory (DDF) like a political party, except that instead of working to elect candidates to pass laws, we aim to directly pass laws that promote Justice.
Why? Because...
We Believe that the system is not broken, it is working exactly as designed; and
We believe in people. We believe in people's ability to draft, collect signatures, and vote to pass the laws that are right for them.
We believe in rules, not rulers.
How?
We develop and run high-impact ballot initiatives that improve people's material conditions.
We promote and protect access to and the tools of direct democracy.
We gladly support other's mission-aligned direct democracy campaigns as needed.
